No...he's going to drop some cash, and get off a lot easier than he should.

But...that was RIDICULOUS that Mary Winkler got off so easy!

outrageous, what a terrible message to send out!

She never even proved abuse did she???

I could care less that he was a preacher, I'm not even Christain, but from what I understand...she never mentioned any form of abuse until "after" she killed him. There was no record what so ever to substantiate her accusations.

...and I'm sorry, but ....dress her up in sex costumes...oh the nightmares I'm gona have tonight...she looks like a she-male...perhaps he wanted his wife to look like a woman...I dunno...I wasn't there....but I can't imagine her inspiring sex.

Michael Vick will probably pay some fines, and maybe do a little time. While I think what he did deserves some punishment, humans come before dogs, and the fact that Mary Winkler basically walked after committing premeditated murder is appalling. Let's say her husband did abuse her for 10 years. Was there no time in those ten years that she could have taken the kids, and gone to her parents' house, or contacted a divorce lawyer? As far as the porn and slutty shoes - maybe not my cup of tea, but grounds for murder? No.

Mary Winkler served 210 days:

Michael Vick has pleaded guilty and the prosection is recommending Michael Vick serve a year to eighteen months:

So probably. Today a woman taking the life of a man is less punishable than a man taking the life of a dog.

"But on the stand, Mary Winkler described a hellish 10-year marriage during which, she said, her husband struck her, screamed at her, criticized her and blamed her when things went wrong. She said he made her watch pornography and wear "slutty" costumes for sex, and that he forced her to submit to sex acts that made her uncomfortable."

Yea, that poor, innocent preacher. He didnt traumatize her at all. (If this is true, and I assume it has been proven that it is)

Micheal Vick will do time according to the crime; So, those dozens of completely innocent dogs he starved, rape-box bred and trained to kill should be avenged. He didnt do this for profit, people; He had all the money he could want; These where pure, entertainment bloodsports.

So, guess what? I hope he does allot more time. He should do 5 years. Does that mean she should of done more time? Thats not my judgement; If her claims where just a sympathy ruse, she should have done life. If not (And there must be some evidence; I doubt the jury would easily believe that the beloved preacher was an abusive asshole), then you could argue she did enough.

But the judge and jury decided. I dont think they where a bunch of man hateing femimonsters.

I think he will be punished more then his fellow football players who physically mistreated their wives and girlfriends. That has already been established by the male contingent in the US. He will certainly receive more punishment then the priests who abused small children and preyed on the boys and girls for their own sexual gratification.

less

and what i think that should happen to Vick is for him to be forced to fight to the death in a cage or maybe chained up like he did the dogs

I hope he does but she should have done hard time too. They are both very cruel and selfish people.
