I'm female and I have never treated anyone bad for the way they looked. I also wouldn't ask them how they got there look so I could try to do the same. I'm a confident individual and I certainly have no problem looking as myself as opposed to some copy of another. Just because a girl is nice looking does not mean other girls are jealous. No one can ruin self confidence unless you didn't have it to start with or you allow them to. I can walk into a room with beautiful woman and be down dressed and feel just as good and confident as if I were dressed to make a statement. I don't need another person to make me feel good or bad of myself. I control me and what I do. If a pretty girl bothers someone, it's because of their confidence. I'm not lacking it to feel competitive or jealous. If self confidence is destroyed it's due to listening to someone who isn't worth the words and the lack of to start with. Your question doesn't really make sense, first you say women how to deal with rude girls? then you say women are so rude to girls so which one is it?. Anyway I don't think there is really much you can do except ignore it and just be polite, show an interest in these women's life. That will probably soften them up some what. That's what happened to me anyway. When I first started my job I was one of the youngest women there and all these experienced older women were really rude to me, almost to the point that I nearly walked out a few times. Luckily I wasn't the only one who noticed or went through this. Some other people at work reported the really bitchy one that was rude to everyone especially me because I was new and inexperienced, and a few months later she left because no one liked her lol. Just goes to show really. But if you don't work with or have much to do with these women then just ignore them. Everyone has rude encounters with people.

The only women that want to look like girls are anorexic. And people aren't racist because they're jealous of how a person looks. If they're racist they tend to be disgusted by the other persons appearance
