Men, assuming you were conscious when it happened, would you know if you were sexually assaulted?

I just had someone on Y!A GS tell me that "Men are not taught to recognise sexual assault when it happens to them, so they tend to think that it rarely happens.".

If a person doesn't know they are sexually assaulted, then the event must have been a pleasurable one. I have enough intelligence to know an assault from having sex. I don't need anyone to tell me.

It's rare but you would know, the guy who told you that would need to define a sexual assault.

i still have this one instance in my mind back in high school this teacher bent down to get something and she had her ass in one of the guys faces (he was sittin in his chair), the guy asked if she could get her ass out of his face and then she accused him of sexually harassing her.
