As she claims?

The abrupt resignation of Hewlett-Packard CEO Mark Hurd Friday, following a sexual-harassment probe, sent shock waves throughout Silicon Valley and could sidetrack the tech powerhouse's recent resurgence.

Hurd, 53, resigned after the investigation into a sexual-harassment claim made against him and the company by a former HP contractor. The probe concluded that the company's sexual-harassment policy was not violated, but its standards of business conduct were. CFO Cathie Lesjak, 51, was named interim CEO."

As someone who once lost a job due to a false claim of sexual harassment (by a 3rd party, nonetheless) I can tell you that it is a disgrace how much weight a woman's often irrational words can have on a man's professional life.

That experience was one of the reasons I chose a entrepenurial path and contributes greatly why I am very leery of and often don't hire women.

I don't. If she would, she shouldn't be bother to claim sexual harassment hoax in the first place.

As this case demonstrate CLEARLY how the Draconian, Totalitarian Misandry system works: at ANY time, place or circumstances, ANY man could loose his JOB should ANY woman get BORE & claim SH , Rape or Feel threatening by a man.

If you REVERSE the gender of the case, it WOULD NOT WORK! Trust me, I DID that and the police, the Administrators JUST LAUGH at my face!

Let this be a warning for any CEO still extract company's fund to donate to feminist organizations.

EDIT: Once I asked my lawyer to fight my case of being hit by a woman, he said: "I would love to do that since I take your money any way, but in 20 years of practices as D.V. case specialist, I never able to win, nor saw a winning case of men being abused by women, in whatever forms."

No, should wouldn't have made a false claim if she was concerned about his life, she is likely saddened that she couldn't make S/H stick, for the $$$.
