Easy..THE GREEN TEA DIET (marvelous results can be expected if followed seriously)
Avoid the 5 white poisons: sugar, fats, salt, flour, alcohol
Avoid the three black drinks: cola, coffee, black tea (too much caffeine that causes anxiety and makes you eat more). Note: NO DIET BOTTLED OR CANNED DRINKS EITHER!!
Drink three to six cups of GREEN TEA sweetened with anything you want except sugar or aspartame. (try honey, splenda, or take it plain).
Never eat two portions of the same thing in the same day.
CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN...Never diet without medical supervision...your metabolism is a precise mechanism that you must never abuse or play with. Abusing the metabolism is what causes those terrible "bounce back" weight gains. Think of your metabolism as a precision clock. If you handle it right it will never fail.
20 minutes of MILD excersise daily will accelerate the weight loss process, make you feel more energetic, and happier (endorphines liberated by excersise help as mood enhancers).
