if u want to loose weight the right way exercise at least 3 times a week for about 1-2hours and go to the site below to create and then start following your own personal food pyramid. u will lose weight and may even gain some muscle in the process ;)

Check with your Dr. first. Then don't eat heavy after 6 p.m. Walking is a great exercise, as you're walking breathe slowly and deeply through your nose and exhale though pursed lips. Start off with short walks you know you can do without getting tired. Slowly increase the disance and increase your pace til you are walking at a fairly fast pace. The oxygen will help burn calories quicker than you think, walking is not hard exercise and if you walk with a friend you both can be "loosers" and support for one another. You will feel better and I have yet to hear of a Dr. not reccomending walking unless you have brittle bones or some other ailment like allergies.I have lost weight this way and it will not stress you out like a strick diet will. Weigh and write down the day/date/month/time/ and your weight. Ignore the scale for 2 weeks (no cheating) then weigh and write down the info at the end of the 2 weeks. Keep repeating until you are at or slightly above your target weight. And if you don't loose in 4 weeks at any point (don't worry, your body will "level" off ever so often as you lose. It is a built in safty valve to keep you safe from loosing too much while your body "adjusts" to the new weight level you are at.

Easy..THE GREEN TEA DIET (marvelous results can be expected if followed seriously)

Avoid the 5 white poisons: sugar, fats, salt, flour, alcohol

Avoid the three black drinks: cola, coffee, black tea (too much caffeine that causes anxiety and makes you eat more). Note: NO DIET BOTTLED OR CANNED DRINKS EITHER!!

Drink three to six cups of GREEN TEA sweetened with anything you want except sugar or aspartame. (try honey, splenda, or take it plain).

Never eat two portions of the same thing in the same day.

CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN...Never diet without medical supervision...your metabolism is a precise mechanism that you must never abuse or play with. Abusing the metabolism is what causes those terrible "bounce back" weight gains. Think of your metabolism as a precision clock. If you handle it right it will never fail.

20 minutes of MILD excersise daily will accelerate the weight loss process, make you feel more energetic, and happier (endorphines liberated by excersise help as mood enhancers).

Exercise and eat only at regular times. Eat foods with lots of roughage or fibre. Reduce the intake of fatty foods. If you're not already one, try moving to a vegetarian diet.

You need to do exercise daily and eat healthy foods. Drink 8 glasses of water to keep hydrated. Instead of eating junk food, snack on some fruits and vegetables.
