If they are under the age of legal consent, they should and they are treated as criminals if they are caught.

In any case, if they are having sex with a student, they should be sacked and totally lose any career teaching.

it incredibly is extremely different for a youthful boy to have intercourse with a instructor than for a youthful female to realize this. while a woman is sexually abused, it may take her as much as eight years to recuperate, maximum go through deep depressions, lose their husbands, boyfriends and jobs, jointly as maximum men recuperate interior some weeks while they go through sexual abuse or maybe rape (the place the sunlight does not shine). Why ? it incredibly is all in the pinnacle: women anybody is brainwashed that, in the event that they have intercourse exterior marriage or a severe dating, they would be whores and grimy. while women anybody is sexually abused they go through astonishing psychological traumas because of the fact they are socialized to guard their bodies as though they have been temples. They sense defiled. each time women human beings have the comparable sexual freedom as men, the outcomes of sexual abuse on youthful ladies heavily isn't hectic, yet equivalent to the lads.

Something is wrong with a woman who wants to date a pimply faced little freak still stuck in his comic books and Xbox. Double wrong if the guys voice hasn't even cracked yet.

Regardless of whether or not he said, "Yes" if he is not the legal age to consent then it is a crime just like if a male teacher and a female underage student were to have sex.

Yes to both. I really can't see the attraction to young adults; their underdeveloped, oily and annoying as sh*t. I don't get why older people aren't satisfied with people their own age. I'm 24 and I don't even like to bang women around my age; I opt for older.

The age of consent applies to both boys and girls. And teacher-student relationships are ALWAYS forbidden. So yes.

....its interesting to note that at one time in history teacher student relationships were not seen as the horrific thing they are today....but...if men go to jail for it, then so should women, and for the same length of time as well....no special deals for women offenders just because the young guy liked the sex....by modern feminist standards any sex between a person in a positon of power and someone lower is a terrible thing.

1. Men and women should be treated equally under the law.

2. People of any age should be able to have sex with who they dam well please providing it is consensual and done responsibly. They will anyway no matter what you, the law or anyone else may think.

3. If a teacher decides to have sex with his/her student that is up to them. It is no one else's dam business.

As I said, no--after the age of consent (if it's 16 yrs old).

They should be fired, though. It's the same thing as a boss and an underling--you can't have that power dynamic going on at work. It's unethical.
