If you glance at a girl, it isn't creepy. Staring or looking her up and down slowly is something else entirely.

of course you can look at women you pass on the sidewalk, smile and say hi as you pass - lift your eyebrows to show you think she's pretty.

Just look at and judge her boobies and butt, and call it a day. Only one glance is all that would be needed, where it would be YOU that would need the double take look on it all.

This what Feminism has done to society. Feminism has really exposed women for being the self-centred, scared, weak, helpless little creatures they are.

Ugh, just don't be a creep. It's simple. If you want to stare at someone just make sure they aren't looking so that they don't feel uncomfortable. Just imagine gay men staring at you, what would make you feel uncomfortable in that situation? do what wouldn't make you uncomfortable, to women.

Do you know what's creepy? Asking this question. An adult human being who cannot tell the difference between staring and looking is creepy and one who pretends that there isn't a difference is a creep of another flavour. Someone who is so socially inept that they cannot walk around without some sort of external programming for how to move their eyeballs should probably just be put down, not that I think you need this. You're just behaving like a petulant child who got told off for staring and stomped off to stare at the ground. Other people just ridicule you because throwing a fit of pique like a preschooler is not good adulting.

Since feminists are so obnoxious, I always look them in the eye, smile and offer a cheery greeting. It's supposed to piss off feminists, and it's taken as a courtesy, by normal women.

You can look anywhere. It's nice to be noticed in fact. It's the long, lingering, gawping stares that women don't enjoy. On a similar subject, I saw the other day, scientists say female dragonflies fake being dead to avoid being harassed by male dragonflies. ( Women might empathise although playing dead could be going a bit far). I'll put a link in the source.

No one thinks it's creepy just to look at a woman. What's creepy is staring, ogling, leering, and making suggestive remarks.

Try to grow up.

Look wherever you want, its not a crime. Just don't stare and start licking your fingers.
