You already know the answer to this one. Do you just want to be "validated" again by hearing some shocked person saying, "good God, you frail little flower you are snared in the grips of the monster anorexia! See a doctor before you're a skeleton in a grave!" Okay, I'll do that: "good God, you frail little flower you are snared in the grips of the monster anorexia! Seek a doctor before you're a skeleton in a grave!" P.S. If they cremate your body you will be reduced to about 2 pounds of calcium and carbon dust and a few pulverized large joint bones and teeth. Is 2 pounds enough weight reduction? That's about as low as they can get you unless they send the dust to an atom splitter.

Um...you seem to have asked this question in some form fifteen times over the last two months.
Either get some REAL help--if your situation isn't completely made up--or stop posting these questions here, obviously it's not helping.
Based on the other questions you've asked, BTW, you don't seem to be very serious. I also hope you're not giving out someone else's email address in your other questions...you can get into serious trouble for that.

How old are you and how tall? I know everyones first impression is "ooh that isn't healthy!"but it really goes by your height and age. You should consult your Doctor and they will tell you what is the proper weight for you age and height. If they feel that you need to lose weight they will tell you best diet or exercise for you. Always consult your Doctor before going on a diet or starting a new exercise routine.

See a doctor, you may have an eating disorder unless...actually, in any case see a doctor...if you do need to lose weight there is no magic formula- more exercise, fewer calories....

How tall are you? If you are above a certain height you can be seriously damaging your body, such as weakening your muscles. Eat something and go to a doctor/counselor!
