I am going to pose a hypothetical situation in a hypothetical world and what you have to do is guess which mental disorders and illnesses this woman will get. This post is going to be long so if you’re not a persistent reader then I suggest you stop reading right now. Also, my English is not the best because I’ve only started learning English four months ago; therefore, please ignore any grammar or spelling errors I might make.

Background Information:
The woman’s name is Caroline. She is eighteen years of age. She was born in a rich family. The father made twenty-five million dollars. She had two brothers and two sisters. Her two brothers were older than her and her two sisters were younger than her. Her father was never there for her because he was always away on business trips and when he was home, he was solemn, anxious, and stressed. He would never speak to his oldest daughter or any other of his other children for that matter. Her mother was always shopping and only spoke to Caroline when she picked clothes out for her. Caroline was always surrounded by live-in domestic servants as opposed to people who weren’t paid to care about her. Her two brothers were mostly away because they went to university and had their own houses. Her two sisters were two young for her to share any common interests. She doesn’t like any of her “friends” because they were snobbish. She went to an all-girls school so she has never had any boyfriends though she is very beautiful. She lived a very shelter life you could say. However, her father was not like any normal business man. He decided to push his limits, challenging even those who were much powerful than him. Caroline’s father was given the chance to stop his rebellious ways but he never did. These powerful people, seeing how verbal threats did nothing to scare Caroline’s father, decided to destroy him in a much gruesome way. Please note that in this hypothetical world, the government is very corrupted to whoever has high intelligence to understand but most common people don’t understand. So when these powerful people decided to kidnap Caroline’s father and kill him, the government turned a blind eye. They also killed Caroline’s two older brothers and stole all the money that was in her father’s bank account; the government turned a blind eye again. Her two younger sister and mother disappeared one morning and she was life in an almost empty house. Then somebody decided to speak to her.

Current situation:
This man who decided to speak to her was an enemy of her father. His thirst for revenge was not sealed so he decided to get more revenge through his enemy’s daughter. This man knew Caroline was poor now and she had nowhere to go. Of course she could go to the police but they will not believe her story. They will just put her in a mental institute. And if they didn’t, this man would make sure they did. This “kind” man decided to offer Caroline shelter, food, clothes, and money for her services. Caroline, completely out of her mind, said nothing but merely nodded. She was forced into sexual slavery and she was beaten almost every night by this man if she didn’t perform well.
Now, what mental illnesses would Caroline get?

If she was allready out of her mind then you could argue that she allready had the mental illness.

She wouldn't necessarily get any mental illnesses. You only examine life history AFTER symptoms have showed up, to explain what might be causing those symptoms; you don't diagnose an illness simply from reading someone's autobiography.

what mental issues would she get? every individual is individual. assuming a kind master, wanting to keep such a prize long term, would assure her body betrayed any mental resistance that religion or secondary social pressures would have built within her. pain applied judiciously, intermingled with pleasures that she would be incapable of resisting can very quickly result in a compliant yet happy existence. a love slave is easy to train and quick to adapt to her new existence. kindness and affection as a carrot can minimize the stick to a minimal amount determined by her. other than an occasional testing of dominance that is indicative of her desire to have a pain enhanced orgasm that early training has taught her to enjoy and occasionally require, she goes about happy and cheerful once she is fully aware of all her duties. something more than 66% (4 of 5 is others' reported opinions by those that should be able to estimate) of innocent young women will respond positively to proper conditioning and constant brain chemistry modification resulting from the massive amounts of orgasms being forced onto her innocent mind and body, combined with a caring master that consistently rewards her with positive reinforcements of behaviors desired with affection and only ever punishes her for her own good to make her a better person more deserving of his love, that which she MUST believe exists. once settled, a love slave will never think of reporting her master as a criminal and is eventually fully capable of being rewarded with days out and possibly even a trip to victoria's secrets and the mall to select some of her own choices while being properly sized and personally styled in her best 'looks', as determined by her master's eyes. eventually, complete outside lives are possibly able to be lived with the entire world unaware that the well adjusted and functional member of society, even educated professionals, will instantly kneel at her master's feet when he snaps his fingers, bright eyed with knees spread and eager to service his desires. historically, many cultures' marriages would meet the qualifications of attempting to force love slave servitude with the husband being a 'master' in all but name. an unawareness of her sexuality will assist in her eventual happiness and ease her master's (husband's) efforts, because she will have no experience in what love should feel like in it's mental or physical manifestations. carrot and stick is time tested and is ALWAYS effective as a training tool to enforce obedience, but it's not always effective in forcing higher emotions. those that do not learn to enjoy her master's dominance are only a sex slave that will learn to obey without the inherent happiness a love slave's compliance results in when serving her master, but will require more effort for less emotional return. at the hands of an unkind master or a sadistic or a twisted sick psycho or a master that sees her as a profit producing chattel, her life can be a living hell with drug addictions and an early death self hoped for because she begs for release on a daily basis. her mental issues will run the entire range of the journal of quickly left behind by a love slave) by the mentally ill and socially damaged.

Victims of torture commonly get PTSD. The rant about bla bla bla was completely unnecessary, only the ongoing torture matters.
