No, it's the second one. You have to remember they just don't like women. I could show my list of quotes from the regulars again. I actually have a LOT more. They want you in your place so you can't challenge them.

Think about this. This supposed epidemic of false rape allegations does not exist, right? It just doesn't happen much. Once in a while you hear about it but by and large it just doesn't happen. So why do they spend SO much time crusading about it? Do they care about innocent people being caught up in the legal system or being convicted of crimes? If they do why aren't they out trying to change the drug laws that put thousands upon thousands of people in prison? What about the death row inmates who are mentally disabled or were convicted under questionable circumstances? They don't seem to care about them one bit. Why aren't they volunteering for The Innocence Project or the ACLU or a human rights organization? Or a victim's rights organization?

No, it's plain to see they don't give a good goddamn about people being falsely accused of crime. They care about trying to make it so we consider women who say they've been raped liars who are just out to destroy all men or whatever so that we have an excuse not to believe them and just go about our lives. I've heard people say here it's too easy to convict a man of rape. If you know anyone who's gone through the system after a rape you know how absurd that is but you don't even need to! Just read some stories online. Just a few. You'll very quickly see a pattern. They don't think it's that big a deal. I got thumbed down multiple times for saying we should believe women who say they've been raped. I didn't say convict without a trial, I didn't say make the accused a pariah for life with no evidence, I said we should believe them. And they had a problem with even that. Why? How can anyone possibly have a problem with that?

You see, they want you in your place and that place is below them. Do you know how many times I've been called a "mangina?" Yeah, I call them whiny ******* and bitches but that's because that's standard language in our society, it's language they understand, and those terms are applied across gender lines and honestly don't mean "female" anymore. That's the root, but they don't mean that anymore and in fact I've asked some friends of mine if they have a problem with it and none of them did. Mangina, on the other hand, is a recently created term by misogynists to denigrate men who want equality for women. That simple. Not even CLOSE to the same thing. Not even close! What they mean is that having a vagina is the worst thing in the world. That is clearly what that term means.

And just look at all the crap posted here. Just look at it. This is about one thing. Oppressing women.

There is another aspect to it though, too, and that's a victim complex. You see Loki with his "institutional misandry" rants. You see TGB with his "As a man I feel as though I don't have a voice and I find that oppressive." WHAT?! Like are you literally delusional? Oh, and the other day that Gary Busey guy left a three-comment rant about how I was a bigot because I said white people fought a war to try to keep their slaves. Apparently he was upset because I didn't take the time to be extremely politically correct and say that white people also fought for the slaves. A bigot! For THAT! Can you imagine how big a victim complex you have to have to call someone a bigot for not defending white people during the US Civil War?

Victim playing, misogyny, and insecurity over losing power. That's what the misogynists are about. And I agree. Let's not call them antifeminists. That's gotten a certain antiestablishment cred among the incredibly misguided among us. Let's call them what they are. Misogynists. Or bigots. Either one works for me.

"Are anti-feminists mostly traditionalists who want women at home doing 'womens' work AND out making money too?"

Mostly? No. Most men and women really want equality. True equality that is not subject to the feminist ideology. Feminism IS a dogmatic ideology. Anti-feminism is NOT an ideology, but those who are anti-feminists are simply opposed to the feminist ideology for one or more reasons.

Some have been burned by feminist policies that advantage women over men. Some are women who have been discriminated against by not following accepted feminist practices and ideology. And many are aghast at what passes for equality today with the provisions of affirmative action, and similar programs that are aimed at uplifting women only and discriminating against men. This is especially true today as the idea that women are kept down is losing it's credibility in this day and age where almost everyone alive has been raised under equality rules from school right up into the workplace.

And finally, there are the prominent feminist man-haters that no feminists seem to ever want to berate and call out for the misandrists that they are. As they are continually unchallenged in their views as feminists, either by denial, justification, context seeking or deflection, then feminism justifiably gets it's hateful image.

Most anti-feminits believe men and women should be treated equally under the law and are therefore opposed to the continued feminist push for policies that advantage females and discriminate against males.

Being anti-feminist is not based in a belief about whether women should work or be a stay at home mom.

Personally, I believe women and couples should decide for themselves what is best for them and not feel pressured by policy or feminism. I believe in free choice, not social engineering.

The irony of course is that polls show moms want to stay at home more and work less, the exact opposite of what feminists and politicians are now using in the U.S. It's feminists who are not listening to what women really want on this issue.

Are feminists mostly female supremacists who want men to carry out their traditional roles and treat them as equals while giving them preferential treatment?

Being an anti-feminist simply means opposing modern feminism which has nothing to do with equality but everything to do with female supremacy and discriminating against men. All anti-feminists I know support gender equality under the law.

Traditionally, men have always been "providers" in relationships. With the rise of feminism, this needed to change, but it didn't, despite their push for so-called "gender equality". So now not only are men expected to be the "providers" but we are also demonized as "oppressors" and belittled with accusations of "privilege." All my anti-feminist friends are from traditional conservative families and are happy to provide for their girlfriends. How many modern women can say the same? Heck most women these days won't even date a guy if he earns less than them, let alone providing for him. Men are still expected to carry out their traditional roles, even after a divorce, whereas women have no obligation to do so. It's clearly a double standard.

I personally prefer the traditional way of life but I respect her choices too.

And there are plenty of married women with kids who work and do house chores as well. Don't make it sound like it's some kind of patriarchal oppression.

I speak up all the time. Perhaps not in question form but I do speak up and say my mind. So, the answer to your question is negative. A lot of anti-feminist women speak up and why should we not? If our men can dish it out they should be able to take it. When an anti-feminist woman can and it is needed she will contribute to the family budget; in a lot of cases it's necessary. So why ask the question as a cutting remark? And it does sound like a cutting remark.

Don't have the statistics, just personal experience. Most that I know want true equality (equality of resources, equality of responsibility, etc).

The male ones that I know don't shy away from housework, childcare, etc - but they DO get pissed off when people ignore the fact that cleaning the gutters, changing tires, etc is ALSO work.

The female ones that I know are mostly younger and mostly resent the idea that women need additional help over their male colleagues. They despise the "women victim men perpetrators" model.

You do know that most younger women 9 to 1 are anti-feminists and most women want things to be more traditional right?

I know feminist do not listen to women but still. Just know that when the older generations of feminist die out there will be no one to take your place.

First Green you posted to many news articles I would need the direct study’s not that am asking,

Second this format is not the best one for debating so many different arguments at the same time.

Third one of the reasons that the male number has gone down as primary breed winner is only because the number of family with only a woman has gone up aka single mother.

Number four the number of male as breadwinner has gone up every year for the last 25 years, to the point that they are currently anywhere from 29-32% in the US.

Number five even at its height the number never larger than 49%, because economic factures did not allow people to do what they wanted.

Last thing you cannot us Europe as an example for the US and then say the number is going down for the world the world is not Europe it would be very easy for me to show you china, Philippines and Latin American... Also Europe has had a very bad economy for the last decade.

And about me living in a bubble, no that you Green am in the majority and by a lot.

Number of men that wanted traditional gender-role 57.4%, number of men that want a Nontraditional

Open-minded 3.7%, Number of men that had no preference 10.3%.

That’s right only 3.7% of males and that is in 2013 after spending all those years under feminism.

Nah.. They are the one fighting for equal rights.

They don't care if women are doing women's work.. But yes... Women will have to earn money..

Simple as that.. You being a women..dose should not give you special treatment. = anti feminist..

As feminism never stood for quality.. Anti feminist stands for equality..

Example..

You are a women / a man.. When you are in that boxing ring.. The opponents have the rights to hit you as hard as he wants.

If you are a man you will survive..

If you are a women you will die.

So you have 2 choices.. Don't come in the ring..or be strong as a man..

You being weak..should not limit the oponnets to hit you in the ring..as that'd the boxing ring.. Simple as that.

If women can't run as fast as men..don't don't join the race.. Saying or making laws for men to run slower so you have a chance..is not OK..

So.. That's equality..

Same way.. You becoming pregnant and working less means you will earn less.

You being a man or a women dose not matter.. Working less = earning less.

Pregnancy? That's again your problem.. And your choice.. Deal with it your self.

Now I know..I am being a little strict or harsh.. But equality dictates..if the world is harsh on men..it has to be harsh on women too..so.

No feminists are the ones who want women at home looking after children and collecting welfare. Anti feminists want women at work earning money and sharing the family roles.

Anti-feminist is so long, just call them misogynist. Less fancy, more direct and honest name.
