I have a project to complete and i am looking at the flexability between men and women. If anyone knows of any helpful sites or protocols it would be great 'coz they all say that women are more flexible than men but i can't find proof!!!

Women tend to be more flexible in the hips than men, but with training, men can be just as flexible. In other joints, men may be just as flexible.
As A martial artist, I saw that men and women are capable of being just as flexible. One of the limiting factors tends to be the build-up of muscle mass without stretching; this will certainly reduce flexibility (muscle - bound). But with a good stretching regimen, men and women are fairly equal. The article I point to below lists some studies.

Man you gotta be kidding. Have you ever seen a women do a flip and land with crotch kissing the floor with her legs split at 90 degrees right and left or straight out from the sides.
Just imagine a man dumb enough to try that. Now do you understand.
It's like them stupid idiotic skate boarders who try to jump on a railing and instead they land and shimmy and slide down the rail on the jewels and then at the end of the ride they land on their head, face, Butt, or all three. Maybe you do not value your jewels, or friends and much as others.
You just let the fairer sex be flexible, I like most men like that.

I would say having a baby is proof of pretty good flexibility, wouldn't you?
Do you know any men that could do it?

Scientifically yes, the womans' pelvic region actually opens up when bearing children, All the other answers have a certain plausability. There are too many variables....age , weight , physical training, etc ,etc etc

there was a project a couple of years ago involving dexterity tests and women won hands down.....really sorry i cant remember the name. these tests also found that men tended to be better at memory skills...

whilst adult adult males are in seek of for a relationship, have self belief me, from what i spotted, they don't look to be searching for a stick insect, yet a woman to their liking who has a competent character, respectable/attractive seems and stable traits/traits which will elect them to stay with them for an prolonged time. i think of that females think of an analogous whilst they're searching for an prolonged-term companion. seems do count number, yeah, yet not the way they do once you're in seek of for something casual.

Google on "multi-tasking" on the net. Women are much better at this than men because they've been wired to deal with more than one dilemma at a time. This has to do with the fact that women had/have more "hands-on" experience in child-rearing. Also, because women have never really been in positions of power, they learn to negotiate at a very early age.

A woman body structure is flexible from a men that is why when they wear tight dress they feel sexy and when men wear them, it feels disgusting.
It is their body type and their body is made flexible for many purposes.
