Sure. If women had to rely on themselves and hadn't lived with centuries of discrimination they would have invented it themselves. //////////// That's why I have no respect for men like you. Your inability to admit any wrong doing at all.

Please do not ask whoever initially said that, because she's liable to break out in hives.

Nevertheless, I have never been upset with the saying, "a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle", because I really do not care what they think.

Why not? Because there will always be women who will continue to want relationships with men, hopefully me included. And to those who do not: so what, buh-bye, caio, adios, hasta la vista, synonara, au revior (excuse any spelling mistakes, but get the picture yet?).

Well the man had to invent the wheel first.

hmm this goes just as well as that stupid saying

'a bicycle needs a wheel, like society needs propagation'

Could replace it with "women need men like fish need windscreen wipers", but then that would lose its credence if a woman hadn't invented the windscreen wiper.

The fish were another catch by the men,as the bike invented by a man,so they could keep their pretty a** seated and don't move for, except when he tells her to..?

Yes, but I still find the saying 'Necessity is the MOTHER of inventions' sexist.

I won't knock you for it, but since that phrase was written by a man, I guess it's acceptable. But for future reference, we don't need you, and if you keep that attitude up, you won't be getting any of us either :)
